家具五金盐雾试验标准的比较

摘　　要：从腐蚀的危害入手,引入盐雾试验对家具五金件的耐腐蚀性能进行考核。统计我国家具产品标准使用的盐雾试验方法情况,例如适用范围、测试周期、喷雾方式和评价方法。进一步比较三个盐雾试验方法(QB/T3826-1999、QB/T3827-1999和GB/T10125-2012)的差异。指出盐雾试验操作的注意事项,介绍盐雾试验结果的评价方法。文章最后给出了相关建议。Starting from the hazard of corrosion,the salt spray test was introduced to evaluate the corrosion resistance of furniture hardware.The salt spray test methods used in the standard of furniture products in China are counted,such as the scope of application,test period,spray method and evaluation method.The differences between the three salt spray test methods(QB/T 3826-1999,QB/T 3827-1999 and GB/T 10125-2012)were further compared.Point out the precautions for the salt spray test operation and introduce the evaluation method of the salt spray test results.The article concludes with relevant recommendations.
