摘　　要：近年来,石油化工项目中夹套管应用广泛,由于其结构复杂,一直以来都是配管设计的难点。针对光气的特性并结合工程实例,对MDI装置中液相光气夹套管的配管设计以及管件选用原则进行了简单的探讨和分析,以期为同类项目夹套管的设计提供一定的参考。In recent years,jacket pipe system has been widely used in petrochemical projects.Due to its complex structure,it has always been a difficult point in piping design.Based on the characteristics of phosgene and the engineering example,discuss and analyze the pipe design and the principle of pipe fitting selection of liquid phase phosgene jacket system in MDI plant,in order to provide some reference for the design of jacket in similar projects.
