Determination of Main Elements in Nickel-Cobalt Aluminum Oxides by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定镍钴铝三元氢氧化物中主元素的含量。镍的测定对比丁二酮肟重量法,结果相差0.06%,钴的测定对比自动电位滴定法,结果相差0.01%。该方法镍检出限为0.0015mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.08%,加标回收率为100%~102%;钴检出限为0.0004mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.58%,加标回收率为100%~102%;铝检出限为0.0011mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.21%,加标回收率为100%~102%。Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)was used to determine the content of main elements in nickel,cobalt and aluminum ternary hydroxide.The determination of nickel compared to diacetyl oxime gravimetric method,the result difference was 0.06%,the determination of cobalt compared with automatic potential titration method,the result difference was 0.01%.The nickel detection limit of this method is 0.0015 mg/L,the relative standard deviation is 0.08%,and the standard recovery rate is 100%to 102%;The cobalt detection limit is 0.0004 mg/L,the relative standard deviation is 0.58%,and the standard recovery rate is 100%to 102%;The aluminum detection limit is 0.0011 mg/L,the relative standard deviation is 0.21%,and the standard recovery rate is 100%to 102%.
