摘　　要：对美标ASMEY14.5《几何尺寸与公差》进行了研究,对比分析了ASMEY14.5与国标的差异。论述了公差设计优化原则,结合国内民机公差设计存在的实际问题进行设计优化,并给出了设计优化实例。与此同时,基于理论研究与设计优化实例,建立了民机公差设计规范。The American standard ASME Y 14.5 Dimensioning and Tolerancing was studied, and the difference between ASME Y14.5 and Chinese standard was compared and analyzed. The principle of tolerance design optimization was discussed, and the design optimization was carried out in combination with the practical considerations of tolerance design for civil aircraft while giving examples with design optimization. At the same time, based on the examples for theoretical research and design optimization, the specification for tolerance design of civil aircraft was established.
