摘 要:利用造纸白泥作为碱性材料与具有黏结性及吸附性能的膨润土结合,经高温焙烧改性制备出膨润土-造纸白泥复合颗粒,用于去除矿山废水中的Cu^2+、Zn^2+,并对其影响因素及竞争吸附特性进行了研究。结果表明:复合颗粒投加量为10 g/L、p H值在6~7范围为反应的最佳条件,可处理最大质量浓度分别为300 mg/L、200 mg/L的含Cu^2+、Zn^2+矿山废水,去除率均可达到100%;Cu^2+、Zn^2+共存时发生竞争吸附作用,其中Cu^2+被优先吸附去除。膨润土-造纸白泥复合颗粒可作为处理含重金属离子矿山废水的有效新型吸附材料,不仅解决了造纸白泥的出路问题,同时达到了以废治废的双赢目标。Using paper white clay as an alkaline material combined with bentonite with cohesiveness and adsorption properties, preparation of bentonite-paper white mud composite particles particles by high temperature roasting modification, it is used to remove Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ from mine wastewater, and its influencing factors and competitive adsorption characteristics are studied. The results show that the composite particles are added in an amount of 10 g/L, and the pH is between 6 and 7 as the optimum conditions for the reaction. Under these conditions, The removal rate of Cu^2+ and Zn2+ mine wastewater with maximum initial concentration of 300 mg/L and 200 mg/L was 100%. The competitive adsorption occurred when Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ coexisted, and Cu2+ was preferentially adsorbed and removed. Bentonite-paper white mud composite particles can be used as an effective new adsorption material for treating mine wastewater containing heavy metal ions, which not only solves the problem of papermaking white mud, but also achieves the win-win goal of waste treatment.
