摘　　要：研究了在70m^3聚合釜中生产HP-1800型高聚合度聚氯乙烯树脂的聚合工艺路线、配方体系、控制参数等,讨论了HP-1800型聚氯乙烯树脂粒度分布、颗粒形态、透明性及其加工性能,并与乙烯法树脂进行了比较,结果表明:HP-1800在树脂质量和加工性能方面与乙烯法树脂较为接近.The process route, formulation system and control parameters of high polymerization degree PVC HP-1800 produced in 70-m^3 polymerizer were studied. Particle size distribution, particle morphology, transparency and processing properties of HP-1800 resin were discussed. The HP-1800 were compared with ethylene method PVC resin. Results showed that the quality and processing properties of HP-1800 were similar to those of ethylene method PVC resin.
