摘　　要：针对PVC型材挤出口模出料不均的问题,通过风道对出料不均的部位进行温度调控的措施来解决,并分析了风道的设计、隔热、温度控制、气流量等影响因素.In order to solve the problem of uneven discharge at extrusion die for PVC profile, the measures that air duct was used to control temperature at uneven discharge parts were adopted. The influencing factors such as the design of air duct, heat insulation, temperature control and air flow were analyzed.
