摘  要:以IC10合金定向空心叶片为研究对象,确认其铸造缺陷的位置分布及宏观形貌,并对缺陷的形貌特征及产生原因进行分析,认为这主要与凝固后期补缩不足有关。对铸件的局部化学成分进行分析,讨论Al、Hf等合金元素对补缩过程热力学与动力学的影响。最后,采用相场模拟法探究了局部散热情况对IC10合金凝固过程的影响。结果表明,当铸件以较低的冷却速率冷却时,易在枝晶间形成连通的液相通道,与显微组织观察中的缺陷形貌一致。The casting defect distribution and macro-morphology of the directionally solidified IC10 superalloy turbine blades were described.In addition,the microscopic morphology and the formation mechanism of defects were analyzed,which could be related with the inadequate feeding during the last stage of solidification.Afterwards,the chemical composition in the vicinity of defect region was analyzed in order to understand the effect of Al,Hf on the thermodynamic and kinetic of feeding process.Finally,phase field simulation via MICRess software was carried out to predict the effectiveness of heat radiation on the solidification process at various cooling rate.The results reveal that with cooled at a lower rate,untransformed liquid tends to form connected channels in interdendritic region,which is in accordance with the morphology of defects observed experimentally.
