摘 要:向ZM5镁合金中添加B元素,主要考察了B对合金凝固组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,B对ZM5镁合金具有良好的细化作用。随着B含量的增加,合金的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小。当B含量为0.03%时,ZM5镁合金的平均晶粒尺寸仅为76μm,相比未细化时降低了72.2%。B与Al形成AlB2化合物,其能够作为异质形核核心细化ZM5镁合金晶粒。随着B含量的增加,ZM5镁合金的硬度逐渐增加,当B含量为0.03%时,合金的硬度相比未细化时提高了23.2%。The effects of B addition on microstructure and properties of the ZM5 magnesium alloy were investigated.The results show that the B element presents the satisfied grain refinement effects.With increasing in B addition,grain size in the alloy is decreased gradually.With 0.03%B addition,the average grain size of ZM5 magnesium alloy is only 76μm,which is decreased by 72.2%compared with that of the unrefined ones,which is attributed to the generation of AlB2 compound with Al and B to act as heterogeneous nuclei to refine grain size in the alloy.With increasing in B additions,the hardness of ZM5 magnesium alloy is further increased.With 0.03%B addition,the hardness of ZM5 magnesium alloy is increased by 23.2%compared with that of the unrefined ones.
