摘　　要：在选择防水材料时必须充分考虑建筑物的特点、区域环境、使用条件、温度条件等,并结合材料的特点和性能来综合选择,选择时应充分考虑材料的耐候性、抗拉强度等,才能达到预期的防水效果。通过实例分析ZYY聚合物水泥防水涂料施工技术,望可为类似工程提供借鉴。When choosing waterproofing materials, we must fully consider the characteristics of buildings, regional environment, use conditions, temperature conditions and so on, and combine the characteristics and properties of materials to make a comprehensive selection. When choosing waterproofing materials, we should fully consider the weatherability and tensile strength of materials, so as to achieve the desired waterproofing effect. The construction technology of ZYY polymer cement waterproof coating is analyzed through an example, which is expected to provide a reference for similar projects.
