摘 要:采用4种不同的方法处理清徐县酿造葡萄多玛瑙苗木的根系,研究其对苗木成活率和新梢生长量的影响。结果表明,清水处理和直接栽植成活率低,差异不显著;其它3种药剂处理对多玛瑙苗木栽植成活率的影响显著,其中,以70%代森锰锌600倍液+25mg/kg的GGR6+磷酸二氢钾泥浆处理的苗木根系成活率最高,较对照组提高了18.0%,且苗木生长健壮、抗性较强。The roots of seedlings of brewing grape which named Duomanao in Qingxu County were treated with 4 different methods and the effect of different treatments on the survival rates and new shoot growth were studied.Results showed that the survival rates of clean water treatment and direct planting were lower and the difference was not significant.The other 3 chemical treatments had significant effects on the survival rates of Duomanao seedlings.The root survival rate of seedlings treated with 70%Dysen Manganese Zinc 600 times solution+25 mg/kg GGR6+potassium dihydrogen phosphate mud was the highest which was 18.0%higher than that of the control,and the seedlings grew better and had stronger resistance.
