高绿补血胶囊对大鼠血液指标及骨髓细胞影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察高绿补血胶囊对大鼠血常规、血生化、骨髓细胞的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、高绿补血胶囊初始、治疗、负荷剂量组。观察不同剂量高绿补血胶囊对大鼠血液指标及骨髓细胞的影响。结果高绿补血胶囊治疗剂量组AST/ALT下降(P<0.05),高绿补血胶囊治疗剂量及负荷剂量均能够上调大鼠白细胞水平(P<0.05)。高绿补血胶囊能促进骨髓细胞的增殖及铁元素的吸收。结论高绿补血胶囊能一定程度提高大鼠的造血功能及免疫力,且不对大鼠肝肾功能产生损伤。Objective: To observe the effect of Gaolu Buxue Capsule on blood routine, blood biochemistry and bone marrow cells in rats. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into a normal group, Gaolu Buxue capsule groups with initial, treatment and loading-dose to observe the effects of different doses of Gaolu Buxue Capsule on blood parameters and bone marrow cells in rats. Results: The AST/ALT in the treatment group of Gaolu Buxue Capsule decreased(P<0.05). The treatment dose and loading dose of Gaolu Buxue Capsule could up-regulate the white blood cell level of rats(P<0.05). Gaolu Buxue Capsule could promote the proliferation of bone marrow cells and the absorption of iron element. Conclusion: Gaolu Buxue Capsule can improve the hematopoietic function and immunity of rats to a certain extent, and does not damage the liver and kidney function of rats.
