摘　　要：随着2022年冬奥会进入“北京周期”,北京市青少年冰雪运动也迎来了发展的良好契机。在2022年冬奥会的视域下,通过调查北京市青少年冰雪运动发展的政策、冰雪运动项目布局、运动队建设、冰雪竞赛、冰雪进校园的现状,发现目前北京市青少年冰雪运动发展的竞技水平和普及所存在的问题,提出青少年冰雪人才培养路径和举措,为2022年冬奥会青少年竞技后备人才的储备和普及青少年冰雪运动发展提供建议。With the 2022 Winter Olympics entering the“Beijing Cycle”,the Beijing Youth Snow Sports has also ushered in a good opportunity for development.Under the vision of the 2022 Winter Olympics,by investigating the policy of Beijing youth snow and ice development,the layout of snow and ice sports,the construction of sports teams,the competition of ice and snow,and the status of ice and snow into the campus,we found that the current development of youth snow and ice sports in Beijing.The problems of level and popularization,put forward the path and measures for the training of young people’s ice and snow talents,and provide suggestions for the reserve of young sports reserve talents for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games and the development of popular ice and snow sports.
