摘　　要：涂布工艺涉及的风系统包括净化室的风系统、涂布机烘箱的风系统及废气处理系统。本文介绍了掌控好风对涂布质量的重要性,并重点介绍了净化室的风系统设计要点及管控数据。The wind system involved in the coating process in eludes the air system of the clean room, the air system of the coater oven, and the exhaust gas treatment system. This paper introduces the importance of controlling the wind for coating quality, and highlights the design points and control data of the wind system in the clean room.
