摘　　要：2018年10月,金融稳定理事会(FSB)通过官网宣布,由于“影子银行”的提法容易使公众产生负面解读,今后FSB将使用“非银行金融中介(Non - bank financial intermediation,简称NBFI)”代替“影子银行”。2019年2月4日,FSB发布《2018年非银行金融中介监测报告》(以下简称《报告》),全面总结了 2017年29个经济体中,非银行金融中介的构成、规模、发展趋势和风险情况,分析了非银行金融中介和其他金融部门的关联性。本文分析了影子银行的研究现状,将《报告》进行了编译整理,以期对我国影子银行的发展及监管研究有所裨益。At the end of October 2018 , Financial Stability Board ( FSB) announced on its official website that because the term "Shadow Bank" is easy to cause negative interpretation by the public, in its future report, FSB will use the term " non - bank financial intermediation (NBFI)" to substitute " Shadow Bank". On February 4, 2019, FSB published the 44 Monitoring Report on Non - Bank Financial Intermediaries 2018”( hereinafter referred to as the " Report"), which comprehensively summarized the composition, scale, trend and risk of non - bank financial intermediaries in 29 economies in 2017, and analyzed the correlation between non - bank financial intermediaries and other financial sectors.
