摘 要:从源头上对电炉渣进行热态改质是利用其显热与高效回收铁质组分的一种新工艺技术。以电炉渣为研究对象:研究热态改质的热力学平衡,并将其应用于电炉厂。研究表明,热态改质技术不仅增加电炉渣的流动性,还能提高其铁组分回收。当碱度为1. 58时,改质渣的铁回收率较大,为64.79%,比电炉原渣的铁回收率提升了 90%以上。Hot state modification for electric furnace slag from its source is a kind of new process which can utilize sensible heat and efficiently recover iron components.The thermodynamic equilibrium of hot state modification slag was studied and applied to electric furnace plant.The results showed that the hot state modification tech no logy can not only in crease the fluidity of the slag,but also improve the recovery of iro n compone nts.When the alkalinity was 1.58,the iron recovery rate of the modified slag was higher,which was 64.79%,and it was more than 90% higher than the iron recovery rate of the original slag of the electric furnace.
