摘　　要：以好望角型散货船加装脱硫塔装置的实船案例为研究对象,对废气清洗系统的工作原理、设计选型方法及改装设计的流程进行阐述,综合考虑设备安装要求和改装工程的实施难度,对船舶不同区域的设备布置方案进行分析研究,讨论改装过程中的问题并提出应对措施。Take the example of the scrubber retrofitting design on a capesize bulk carrier as research project,the working principle, design selection method and retrofitting design process of the exhaust gas cleaning system are explained. Considering the requirement of equipment installation and the implementation difficulty of the modification project, the arrangements of the equipment in different ship areas are analyzed, the problems in the modification process are discussed and the countermeasures are proposed.
