摘 要:通过对全国各大船厂安全生产情况的调研,收集安全生产中存在的问题,梳理出船厂安全生产对物联网技术的需求。从安全生产影响因素人、物、环境的角度,按物联网三层架构分别分析能满足需求的物联网技术,提出物联网技术在船厂安全生产中的3种应用场景,对每种场景所使用的物联网技术和解决的问题做简要说明。最后对物联网技术在实际应用中存在的问题作简要分析并给出解决问题的建议。Through the investigation of work safety in major shipyards all over this country, problems existing in work safety are collected, and the demand for IoT technology in shipyards work safety is obtained. From such work safety factors as people, things and environment, Io T technology which can meet the requirements are analyzed respectively according to the three-layer structure of IoT. Three application scenes of IoT technology in shipyard work safety are proposed, and these IoT technologies and problems which can be solved in each scene are briefly explained. Finally, a brief analysis of the problems existing in the practical application of the Io T technology and suggestions for solving the problems are given.
