摘　　要：随着内镜技术在耳外科的应用日渐增加,内镜微创外科再度成为热点话题。全内镜技术在耳显微外科的应用已经趋于成熟,在耳神经外科和侧颅底外科的应用也不断有新亮点。本文对全内镜技术在耳神经侧颅底外科方面的应用进展进行综述。With the development of endoscopic technique in ear surgery,minimally invasive endoscopic suegeiy has become the hot spot again. Application of full endoscopic technique has been mature in otomicroscopic surger. More and more research can be found as regards neurotologic and lateral skull base surgery. This paper will review the advancement of full endoscopic surgery in this area.
