灭幽汤治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨灭幽汤治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效.方法选取余庆县中医医院2015年10月-2018年3月收治的脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者100例,随机分为三联组和中药组,每组50例.三联组予以奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林进行治疗,中药组予以灭幽汤治疗.两组患者均持续治疗4周.比较两组患者临床疗效及嗳气、胸闷、反酸、气短评分.结果中药组患者总有效率高于三联组(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者嗳气、胸闷、反酸、气短评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后中药组患者嗳气、胸闷、反酸、气短评分低于三联组(P<0.05).结论灭幽汤治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效确切,可有效缓解患者临床症状.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mieyou Decoction on Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis of damp-heat type in spleen and stomach.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with Helicobacter pylori-related gastritis of damp-heat type in spleen and stomach were selected from October 2015 to March 2018 in Yuqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly divided into triple group and TCM group,50 cases in each group.The triple group was treated with omeprazole,clarithromycin and amoxicillin,while the TCM group was treated with Mieyou Decoction. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the scores of belching,chest tightness,acid reflux and shortness of breath were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of TCM group was higher than triple group (P<0.05).There was no significant differences in the scores of belching,chest tightness,acid reflux and shortness of breath between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of belching,chest tightness,acid reflux and shortness of breath in TCM group were lower than triple group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mieyou Decoction has a definite clinical effect for Helicobacter pylori-related gastritis of damp-heat type in spleen and stomach,it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
