龙牡汤治疗青年特应性皮炎的临床疗效及其对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨龙牡汤治疗青年特应性皮炎的临床疗效及其对患者生活质量的影响.方法选取晋江市医院2016年2月-2017年2月收治的青年及成人期特应性皮炎患者60例,采用双盲法分为对照组与观察组,各30例.对照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以中药龙牡汤治疗,均连续治疗8周.比较两组患者临床疗效、皮肤病生活质量指标调查表(DLQI)评分,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况.结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者DLQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者DLQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论龙牡汤治疗青年特应性皮炎的临床疗效确切,可提高患者生活质量,且安全性较高.Objective To study the clinical effect of Longmu decoction on young and adult atopic dermatitis and the impact on patient's quality of life.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with young and adult atopic dermatitis were selected from February 2016 to February 2017 in Jinjiang City Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group by double blind method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,the observation group was treated with Longmu decoction based on control group.Clinical effect,DLQI score were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The clinical effect in observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in DLQI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the DLQI score of the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Longmu decoction have an exact clinical effect for young and adult atopic dermatitis,it can improve the quality of life of patients,and with high safety.
