经阴囊小切口手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴囊小切口手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果.方法选取福建医科大学附属第一医院2014年3月-2016年1月收治的小儿腹股沟斜疝患儿300例,所有患儿均采用经阴囊小切口手术治疗.观察患儿手术时间、住院时间、术中失血量、阴囊小切口长度、术中损伤情况、术后并发症情况及术后复发情况.结果 300例患儿手术均成功,手术时间为(15.2±4.9) min,住院时间为(3.6±1.2)d,术中失血量为0~4ml.阴囊小切口约1.5 cm.术中未发生睾丸动脉、输精管等损伤.术后无阴囊血肿、切口感染、局部感觉异常等并发症发生.2年随访期间未见复发案例.结论经阴囊小切口手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的手术时间及住院时间短、术中损伤轻,术后并发症少、复发率低.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small scrotal incision in the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children.Methods A total of 300 cases of children with indirect inguinal herni were selected from March 2014 to January 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University.All children were treated by small scrotal incision.The operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,length of scrotal incision,intraoperative injury,postoperative complications and recurrence were observed.Results All 300 cases were successfully operated.The operation time was(15.2+4.9) minutes,the hospitalization time was(3.6+1.2)days,and intraoperative blood loss was 0-4 ml.The length of scrotal incision was 1.5 cm.No injuries of testicular artery and vas deferens occurred during the operation.There were no complications such as scrotal hematoma,wound infection and local sensory abnormality.No recurrence occurred during the 2-year follow-up period. Conclusion The operation time and hospitalization time of small scrotal incision are short for indirect inguinal hernia in children,the injury during operation is light,the complications after operation are few and the recurrence rate is low.
