摘  要:涉鸟故障对输配电线路的安全稳定运行造成了严重的影响。总结传统驱鸟技术的盲目性和低效性,介绍了雷达探测中多通道杂波检测和飞鸟目标提取算法的具体实现。激光驱鸟器采用双反射镜非球面结构,克服了红、绿、蓝三色光扩束系统色差和体积的问题。综合驱鸟系统应用后,涉鸟故障频次由7次/月直接降到1次/月,连续4个月鸟害发生率低,说明整套系统可以有效地实现鸟类的探测和驱赶,持续性效果较好。研究结果为电网领域鸟害故障防治提供了重要的依据。Bird-caused damages have a serious impact on the safe and stable operation of transmission and distribution lines. This paper summarizes the blindness and inefficiency of traditional anti bird technology. It is introduced in detail that the realization of multi-channel clutter detection and bird target extraction algorithm. The double reflector aspheric surface is adopted to overcome the color difference and volume problem of beam expander with the red, green and blue light. After the application of the comprehensive anti bird system, the frequency of bird-cansed damages decreases from 7 times/month to 1 time/month directly, and the incidence of bird damage is low for 4 consecutive months.The net test proves that the whole system could effectively detect and disperse bird targets, and the continuous effect is good. The research results provide an important basis for the prevention and control of bird damage in power grid.
