摘 要:以Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb预合金粉末为主要原料,进行冷等静压结合无压烧结制备TiAl合金的致密化工艺研究。重点研究预合金粉末粒径、烧结气氛以及其他元素粉末掺杂对TiAl合金显微组织及力学性能的影响,确定最优的工艺参数。结果表明:在800°C以内烧结时,通氢气气氛能显著降低合金的氧化程度;在合金粉中掺杂少量的Al粉能够显著提高合金的致密度,使其具有良好的综合力学性能。Using Ti-48 Al-2 Cr-2 Nb pre-alloyed powder as the main raw material,the densification process of TiAl alloy prepared by cold isostatic pressing combined with pressureless sintering was studied. The effects of particle size,sintering atmosphere and powder doping of other elements on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TiAl alloy were emphatically studied,and the optimum process parameters were determined. The results show that the hydrogen atmosphere can significantly reduce the oxidation degree of the alloy when sintered under 800 ℃. In addition,a small amount of Al powder doped in the alloy powder can significantly increase the density of the alloy and improve comprehensive mechanical properties.
