摘 要:为充分发挥GMM棒的伸缩特性,提高GMA驱动磁场的输出性能,通过分析GMA的工作原理,以GMM棒中轴线上的磁场强度为评价标准。依据磁路基尔霍夫定律、安培环路定律、高斯磁通定律及欧姆定律建立GMA磁路数学模型,推导出GMA磁路结构参数对GMM棒中轴线磁场强度的影响;用Ansoft Maxwell对磁路进行仿真分析,得出磁路结构参数、磁场强度大小和磁场强度均匀性间的映射规律。结果表明:在给定安匝数的闭合磁路中,GMM棒中轴线的磁场强度受导磁环、导磁套的半径和厚度影响;磁场强度均匀率受驱动线圈轴向长度、磁路各部件磁导率、导磁片直径、厚度的影响。In order to make full use of the telescopic characteristics of the GMM rod and improve the output performance of the GMA driving magnetic field,in this work,the magnetic field intensity on the center axis of GMM rod is used as the evaluation standard by analyzing the working principle of the GMA.According to the magnetic path Kirchhoff’s law,Ampere’s Magnetic Circuit Law,Gaussian flux law and Ohm’s law,the mathematical model of the GMA magnetic circuit is established,and the influence of the structural parameters of the GMA magnetic circuit on the magnetic field intensity of the centeal axis of the GMM rod is derived.The laws existed between the structural parameters of the magnetic circuit components and the magnetic field intensity and the uniformity of the magnetic field intensity is obtained based on Ansoft Maxwell electromagnetic finite element analysis. The results show that in a closed magnetic circuit with specific coil turns and current,the magnetic field intensity on the axis of GMM rod is affected by the radius and thickness of magnetic ring and magnetic sleeve. The influence of the uniformity of the magnetic field intensity is the axial length of the exciting coil,the magnetic permeability of each component of the magnetic circuit,and the diameter and thickness of the magnetic guide.
