摘 要:针对现有步兵轻武器夜瞄装置需求,以长余辉发光材料为基材研制一种新型复合发光材料。通过普通灯光对不同配比材料进行(10~30)min照射,对其光照饱和时间进行测试;采用20%硫酸溶液、20%NaOH溶液、5%NaCl溶液常温浸泡6 h的方法对新型复合发光材料耐酸、耐碱、耐盐腐蚀性进行测试。结果表明:材料光照饱和时间约为20 min,且发光时间长;材料经酸碱盐腐蚀后无鼓泡,粉化现象,发光性能良好,能替代和修复轻武器中现有发光材料,可满足步兵轻武器日常维护、训练及作战需求,对提高轻武器夜视性能具有重要意义。A new luminescent composite which applies to infantry light-armed collimation at night was developed based on the long afterglow luminescent materials. The light saturation time was measured by normal lighting for 10 minutes to 30 minutes.The acid-resistance,alkali-resistance and salt-corrosion resistance of the new luminescent composite were tested by soaking 6 hours with 20% sulfuric acid solution,20% NaOH solution and 5% NaCl solution at room temperature. The results show that the composites light saturation time is about 20 minutes and it has longer the luminescent time. After corrosion by acid,alkali and salt,the new luminescent composite still maitains high luminescent performances without bubbling and powdering. It can replace and repair the existing luminescent materials in light-armed weapons and can meet the needs of routine maintenance training and fighting of light-armed weapons. It has important significance to improve the night vision performance of light-armed collimation.
