摘　　要：人口老龄化是贯穿我国21世纪的基本国情,将对我国的社会保障体系和社会发展带来极大挑战。伴随经济发展和社会进步,人均预期健康寿命大大延长,倡导老年人之间互助养老的模式越来越被政府和业界所关注。通过对国内外现有时间银行互助养老模式的研究,分析我国传统时间银行模式的不足,提出一种改进型的时间银行设计思路和建设策略,以期为缓解紧张的养老资源配置,促进老年人的社会参与,促进居家互助养老持续发展提供有益参考。Population ageing is a basic national condition throughout the 21st century in China,which will bring great challenges to China’s social security system and social development.With the economic development and social progress,the average life expectancy of Chinese people is greatly prolonged.A mutual-aid pattern elderly care is increasingly drawing the attention of the government and the industry.By studying the existing time banking pattern of mutual-aid elderly care at home and abroad,this paper analyzed the shortcomings of the traditional time banking pattern in China,and put forward some ideas and strategies of an improved time banking pattern,in order to provide a reference for relieving the shortage of care resources,improving the social participation of the elderly,and promoting home-based mutual-aid eldercare.
