摘 要:目的:探讨高尿酸血症、同型半胱氨酸与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度之间的关系。方法:选择2型糖尿病高尿酸血症合并颈动脉内膜增厚53例(A组)、2型糖尿病合并颈动脉内膜增厚50例(B组)、高尿酸血症合并颈动脉内膜增厚40例(C组)和健康对照组30例(D组),分别检测血尿酸、HCY、空腹血糖、胰岛素、血脂、BMI及HOMA-IR等指标,分析其与IMT的关系。结果:相关分析显示IMT与HCY、HOMA-IR、血尿酸呈正相关,Logistic回归分析显示HCY、血尿酸和HOMA-IR是IMT增厚的独立危险因素。结论:血清高尿酸血症、HCY与2型糖尿病患者IMT密切相关,与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between homocysteine, uric acid and carotid intima-media thickness in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 53 type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperuricemia combined increased carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)(group A), 50 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with IMT increased(group B), 40 patients with hyperuricemia and IMT increased(group C)and 30 healthy controls(group D). Serum uric acid, homocysteine, fasting blood glucose, insulin, serum lipids, body mass index and insulin resistance index were measured. The parameter between carotid artery intima-media thickness and these index were analyzed. Results:Correlation analysis showed that IMT was positively correlated with homocysteine, HOMA-IR and serum uric acid. Logistic regression analysis showed that homocysteine, serum uric acid and HOMA-IR were independent risk factors for IMT increase. Conclusion:The increase of serum homocysteine and hyperuricemia is closely related to carotid artery intima-media thickness in type 2 diabetes. It is closely related to insulin resistance.
