改良螺旋桨穿支皮瓣治疗足跟周围软组织缺损的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察改良螺旋桨穿支皮瓣治疗足跟周围软组织缺损的效果。方法:随机将我院手足外科收治的足跟周围软组织缺损患者65例分成两组,对照组32例实施小腿螺旋桨穿支皮瓣治疗,治疗组33例实施改良螺旋桨穿支皮瓣治疗,比较两组足跟周围软组织缺损的治疗效果。结果:改良螺旋桨穿支皮瓣治疗效果较好,与对照组比较足跟周围软组织缺损治疗后外形美观满意度、皮瓣成活率、静脉循环危象发生率、足部行走功能评分、足跟区皮瓣恢复保护性感觉时间、红细胞流速、白微栓水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:足跟周围软组织缺损患者实施改良螺旋桨穿支皮瓣治疗效果明显,能改善患者足部功能。Objective: To observe the effect of modified propeller perforator flap in the treatment of soft tissue defects around the heel. Methods: 65 cases of patients with soft tissue defect around heel is divided into two groups. 32 cases in the control group were treated by propeller perforators flap treatment, 33 patients in treatment group were treated by modified propeller perforators flap treatment. The therapeutic effect of soft tissue defect around heel was compared between the two groups of patients. Results: The terms of satisfaction with appearance, survival rate of skin flap, incidence of venous circulation crisis, walking function score of foot, recovery time of protective sensation of skin flap in heel area, erythrocyte flow rate, and level of white microthrombus in the modified propeller perforator flap was effective than that in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion: The modified propeller perforator flap is effective in the treatment of soft tissue defects around the heel and can improve the function of the foot.
