改良小切口甲状腺切除术对甲状腺结节患者术后疼痛及美容满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析改良小切口甲状腺切除术对甲状腺结节患者术后疼痛及美容满意度的影响。方法:将本院接收的甲状腺结节患者80例作为研究对象,根据患者所接受的手术方案将其分为两组,对照组患者与观察组患者分别接受传统手术治疗和改良小切口甲状腺切除术治疗,比较两组患者的手术情况、术后疼痛、反流症状、住院天数、嗓音障碍及美容满意度情况。结果:观察组患者的手术出血量少于对照组,切口长度较对照组短;观察组患者的疼痛评分、RSI评分均低于对照组;其住院天数较对照组短,VHI评分低于对照组,美容满意度评分明显较对照组高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节,患者术后疼痛程度低,美容满意度较高。Objective: To analyze the effect of modified small incision thyroidectomy on postoperative pain and cosmetic satisfaction in patients with thyroid nodules. Methods: 80 patients with thyroid nodules received in our hospital were enrolled in this study, which were divided into two groups according to the surgical plan accepted by the patients. Patients in the control group and the observation group were treated with conventional surgery and modified small incision thyroidectomy.The operation, postoperative pain, reflux symptoms, length of hospital stay, voice disturbance and cosmetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The amount of surgical bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the length of the incision was shorter than that in the control group. The pain score and RSI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The hospitalization days of the observation group were shorter than that in the control group. The VHI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the beauty satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The modified small incision thyroidectomy for thyroid nodules shows the low postoperative pain, high cosmetic satisfaction.
