摘　　要：阐述板坯连铸结晶器具备热调宽技术的重要性和必要性,分析板坯连铸结晶器热调宽技术装备必须具有的条件和特点,重点分析夹紧装置设备特点和软夹紧力设计原理,比较各种调宽设备配置和调宽工艺特点的优、缺点,为钢铁企业新建板坯连铸机、结晶器改造工程提供技术支撑和指导。The importance and necessity of the hot width adjustment technology in CCM mould are presented,the necessary conditions and characteristics of the hot width adjustment equipment are stated. And the characteristics of clamping device and the design principle of soft clamping force are analyzed. More importantly,the advantage and disadvantage of various device configurations and process technologies are compared with each other,which will provide technology support and guiding thought for steel company in new CCM designing or mould revamping.
