摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是当前心血管领域尚未攻克的一项重要难题。随着“互联网+医疗”的不断发展,无创远程监测可以为慢性心力衰竭患者提供新的诊疗策略。研究证明,远程监测的应用可以降低慢性心力衰竭患者的再住院率和病死率,改善患者的生活质量,具有广阔的应用前景。本文旨在综述无创远程监测和管理在慢性心力衰竭患者应用的前沿研究,总结存在的问题,展望未来。Chronic heart failure is a major challenge in the field of cardiovascular disease. With the continuous development of the “Internet + medicinen”, non-invasive remote monitoring has provided new approaches for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic heart failure. Researches suggest that application of non-invasive remote monitoring can reduce hospital readmissions and mortality and improve the life quality for patients with chronic heart failure, showing wide application prospects. This paper aims to make a review of the recent advance in the non-invasive telemanagement of chronic heart failure and to summarize the existing problems and look forward to the future.
