高聚物定着剂在牛卡包装纸上的应用工艺探索

摘　　要：将带阳离子的高聚物定着剂与硫酸铝配合使用,应用于年产30万吨三叠网牛卡纸生产线,以解决中碱性造纸中硫酸铝用量大,使用后对水处理微生物伤害大等问题。实验表明,高聚物定着剂可以部分取代硫酸铝,对于低等级纸种浆料,1.5kg/吨纸的高聚物定着剂用量可替换66.67%的硫酸铝;高等级纸种浆料,1.2kg/吨纸的高聚物定着剂用量可替换33.33%的硫酸铝,阳离子需求量(以下简称PCD)明显降低,浊度变化不大。The fixing agent, cationic high polymer was applied to the production of kraft card board with aluminum sulfate in the process of neutral/alkaline papermaking,in order to solve the problems such as the excessive usage of aluminum sulfate and its damage to microorganisms for water treatment. The results show that,the high polymer fixing agent can replace part of aluminum sulfate. For low-quality pulp 1.5 kg/tonpaper of fixing agent can substitute 66.67% aluminum sulfate;for high-quality pulp,1.2 kg/ton paper of fixing agent can substitute 33.33% aluminum sulfate.The cation demand decreases distinctly, while to bidity,changes little.
