摘　　要：文献资源是公共图书馆事业发展的基本保障。本文基于互联网用户思维、平台思维和跨界思维,分别从公共图书馆馆藏文献资源的采购、流通、处置等环节,提出了优化策略,以期为新时代公共图书馆的转型和发展提供借鉴。Literature resources are the basic guarantee for the development of public libraries. Based on the internet user thinking, platform thinking. and cross-border thinking, this paper provides optimizing paths for the procurement, the circulation, and the disposal of literature resources in public libraries, hopes to provide reference for transforming and developing of public libraries in the new era.
