摘  要:在环氧树脂(ER)中添加质量分数分别为5%,10%,15%和20%的脱除木质素后的椰纤维(CF),制得复合材料。通过色差分析、吸水厚度膨胀率、吸水率、透过率、雾度以及力学性能测试研究了椰纤维添加量对于树脂及复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着CF用量的增加,树脂的白度下降,复合材料的膨胀率和吸水率升高,透过率降低。CF质量分数为5%时,材料的透过率最高,达到71%,雾度为60%,具有高透过率与高雾度并存的特点,此时冲击强度也较纯ER高。但ER/CF复合材料的拉伸强度较纯ER低。这表明脱木质素处理的CF与环氧树脂的界面结合仍较差。The composite was prepared by adding 5 wt%,10 wt%,15 wt%,and 20 wt% of the lignin-removed coconut fiber(CF)to the epoxy resin(ER),respectively. The effects of coconut fiber amount on the properties of resin and composite were investigated by the analysis of color difference and testings of water absorption thickness expansion rate,water absorption,transmittance,haze and mechanical properties. The results showed that with the increasing of CF amount,the whiteness of the resin was decreased. The expansion ratio and water absorption of the composite was increased and the transmittance was decreased. The material with 5 wt% of CF had the highest transmittance 71% and a haze of 60%. The material had the characteristics of coexistence of high transmittance and high haze. At this time,the impact strength was also higher than that of pure ER. However,the tensile strength of ER/CF composites was lower than that of pure ER. This indicated that the delignification-treated CF still had poor interface with the epoxy resin.
