摘  要:目的探讨联合应用无线平板探测器(无线DR板)和普通移动床旁摄片机实现婴儿数字化胸部X射线摄片的技术可行性。方法选择2017年11月至2018年3月上海市儿童医院重症监护病房(ICU)258例患儿,其中男性179例,女性79例;年龄1天~3岁。使用普通移动床旁摄片机和无线小尺寸DR板,进行床边胸X射线摄片检查。研究无线传输图像的可行性,由3名诊断医生对图像质量分别进行评估。结果所有检查均1次成功完成,技术成功率为100%。曝光参数均在原设定基础上减少2~3kV及0.3~0.5mAs;无线路由器均(100%)成功远程接收患儿放射科信息管理系统(RIS)信息并实时发送数字图像至影像归档和通信系统(PACS),未出现检查相关并发症。3名诊断医生甲级片分别为79.84%、87.21%、85.66%,乙级片分别为19.77%、12.02%、13.95%,丙级片分别为0.004%、0.008%、0.004%,废片为0。结论联合应用无线小尺寸DR板和普通移动床旁摄片机进行婴儿床边数字胸部X射线摄片检查技术可行,实现了普通移动床旁摄片机直接数字化X射线摄影的改造。Objective To investigate technical feasibility of wireless flat panel detector(wireless DR) combined with ordinary portable X-ray device in digital chest radiography of infant.Methods From November 2017 to March 2018,258 children in intensive care unit(ICU) of Shanghai Children's Hospital were enrolled,which included 179 males and 79 females,aged 1- day-old to 3-year-old.The ordinary bedside chest radiography combined with wireless small-size DR board performed bedside chest radiography.The feasibility of wirelessly transmitting images of image quality was evaluated by 3 diagnostic doctors. Results All examinations were successfully in the first examination,and technical success rate was 100 %.The exposure parameters were reduced by 2 - 3 kV and 0.3 - 0.5 mAs based on original settings.The wireless router successfully(100 %) received radiology information management system(RIS) information remotely and sent digital images to image archiving and communication system(PACS) in real time,and there were no examination related complications occurred.The diagnostic results by 3 doctors were grade A of 79.84 %,87.21 %,85.66 %;grade B of 19.77 %,12.02 %,13.95 %;grade C of 0.004 %,0.008 %, 0.004 %,respectively,and scrap film was 0.Conclusion It is demonstrated that wireless small-size DR combined with ordinary portable X-ray device in digital chest radiography of infant is feasible,which could modify direct digital radiography of the ordinary portable X-ray device.
