内镜下注射硬化剂治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张的护理价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析内镜下注射硬化剂治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张的护理价值。方法从本院2017年8月至2018年8月接诊的肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张患者中选出48例作为研究对象,按随机数字法均分为两组,各24例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取综合性护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理总有效率较对照组高(X^2=5.400),并发症发生率较对照组少(X^2=4.000),对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论将综合性护理运用于内镜下注射硬化剂治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张患者中,能有效提高护理效果,减少术后并发症的发生几率,改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore and analyze the nursing value of endoscopic injection of sclerosing agent in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with esophagogastric varices. Methods From August 2017 to August 2018, 48 cases of liver cirrhosis patients with esophagogastric varices were selected as the research object. They were divided into two groups according to random number method, 24 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(X^2=5.400),and the incidence of complications was less than that in the control group(X^2=4.000). The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis of esophagogastric varices treated by injecting sclerotherapy under endoscope can effectively improve the nursing effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
