摘　　要：目的研究在小儿哮喘中使用按摩孔最穴治疗的即刻平喘效果。方法本文分析研究项目资料为2018年1月至2019年1月期间收治的66例哮喘患儿,参考随机数字表法对样本实施组别均分,一组收入患儿33例,将常规对症治疗用于参照组,将按摩孔最穴治疗用于试验组,计算比对参照组与试验组哮喘患儿临床救治的有效率、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、喘憋缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间、呼吸困难缓解时间。结果试验组哮喘患儿临床救治的有效率96.97%高于参照组数据指标(78.78%),P<0.05,数据指标之间展现统计学研究意义;试验组哮喘患儿肺部哮鸣音消失时间、喘憋缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间、呼吸困难缓解时间均显著低于参照组数据指标,P<0.05,数据指标之间展现统计学研究意义。结论将按摩孔最穴治疗用于小儿哮喘中可将喘憋、咳嗽、呼吸困难缓解时间显著缩短,值得应用。Objective To study the immediate anti-asthmatic effect of the most acupoint massage in children with asthma. Methods The data of this study were analyzed in 66 children with asthma who were admitted between January 2018 and January 2019. The sample was divided into groups according to the random number table method. A group of 33 children with income were routinely symptomatic. The treatment was used in the reference group, and the most acupoint treatment of the massage hole was used in the experimental group, and the effective rate of clinical treatment, the time of disappearance of the lung wheezing, the time of relieving asthma, and the time of cough relief were compared between the reference group and the experimental group. Difficulty breathing time. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 96.97% higher than that in the reference group (78.78%), P<0.05. The data showed statistical significance. The lung wheezing disappeared in the experimental group. Conclusion The most acupoint treatment of massage holes for children with asthma can significantly shorten the time of relieving asthma, cough and dyspnea, which is worthy of application.
