中医护理对改善神经外科意识障碍患者排尿困难症状的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的通过实证研究探讨采用中医护理对改善神经外科意识障碍患者排尿困难症状的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月-12月在神经外科进行治疗的30名因意识障碍导致卧床无法行动且排尿困难的患者作为对照组,对其采取一般常规的护理方式;选取同期30名因意识障碍导致卧床无法行动且排尿困难的患者作为实验组,对其在常规护理基础上,进行中医护理,如按摩护理、情志护理等。对比两组患者经过护理后的排尿情况及护理满意度情况。结果实验组采用中医护理的意识障碍患者在护理后排尿正常人数明显多于对照组,且实验组在导尿、尿路感染等方面人数显著少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者满意度显著高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过研究和对比,在神经外科采用中医护理可以有效改善神经外科意识障碍患者排尿困难症状,改善其生活质量,帮助其尽快恢复,且有助于提升患者对护理工作满意度,值得应用推广。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on improving the symptoms of dysuria in patients with neurosurgical disturbance of consciousness through empirical research. Methods Thirty patients who were unable to act in bed and had difficulty urinating due to disturbance of consciousness from July to December 2018 were selected as the control group. The general routine nursing method was adopted. July to December 2018 was selected. In the neurosurgery, 30 patients who were unable to act in bed due to disturbance of consciousness and had difficulty in urinating were used as experimental groups, and they were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine nursing, such as massage care and emotional care. The urinary status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared. Results The number of normal urination patients in the experimental group who were treated with TCM was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the number of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion After research and comparison, the use of traditional Chinese medicine in neurosurgery can effectively improve the symptoms of dysuria in patients with neurosurgical disturbance, improve their quality of life, help them recover as soon as possible, and help to improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
