摘　　要：目的探讨不同耳鸣程度对睡眠质量及心理状况影响。方法将我院耳科门诊2017年9月至2018年8月接收的120例耳鸣患者作为研究对象,参考耳鸣致残量表(THI)评估耳鸣程度,分为轻度组(n=54例)、中度组(n=38例)及重度组(n=28例)。采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评估睡眠状况,焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)及抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评价患者焦虑及抑郁状况。结果轻度组睡眠质量显著优于重度组,P<0.01;重度组AIS评分显著高于轻度组及中度组,P<0.05;中度组AIS评分显著高于轻度组,P<0.05。重度组及中度组焦虑及抑郁分级重于轻度组,P<0.01;重度组SAS及SDS评分显著高于轻度组及中度组,P<0.01;中度组SAS及SDS评分显著高于轻度组,P<0.05。结论耳鸣程度与睡眠状况、焦虑及抑郁情绪密切相关,耳鸣越严重,睡眠状况越差,焦虑及抑郁情绪越严重。Objective To explore the effects of different tinnitus levels on sleep quality and psychological status. Methods 120 cases of tinnitus patients received from our otology clinic from September 2017 to August 2018 were studied. The tinnitus disability scale (THI) was used to evaluate the degree of tinnitus. The patients were divided into mild groups (n=54 cases). Moderate group (n=38 cases) and severe group (n=28 cases). The Asens Insomnia Scale (AIS) was used to assess sleep status, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate anxiety and depression. Results The sleep quality of the mild group was significantly better than that of the severe group, P<0.01;the AIS score of the severe group was significantly higher than that of the mild group and the moderate group, P<0.05;the AIS score of the moderate group was significantly higher than that of the mild group, P<0.05 . The severity and depression scores of the severe group and the moderate group were significantly higher than those of the mild group, P<0.01;the SAS and SDS scores of the severe group were significantly higher than those of the mild and moderate groups, P<0.01;the SAS and SDS scores of the moderate group were significantly higher than that of the mild group, P<0.05. Conclusion The degree of tinnitus levels s closely related to sleep status, anxiety and depression. The more severe the tinnitus, the worse the sleep condition, and the more serious the anxiety and depression.
