摘　　要：目的分析探讨针对性护理对重度烧伤患者创面恢复及生存质量的影响。方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的45例重度烧伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(22例,实施一般护理)与研究组(23例,实施针对性护理),对两组患者治疗后的创面恢复情况和生存质量进行收集整理、对比分析。结果研究组患者的创面恢复情况与生存质量均比对照组更好,且差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在重度烧伤患者的治疗中,应用针对性护理的临床效果较好,能够有效提高患者的创面恢复时间、愈合程度以及生存质量,具有较好的临床实用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing on wound recovery and quality of life in patients with severe burns. Methods Forty-five patients with severe burns admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group (22 cases, general nursing) and the research group (23 cases, targeted care). The recovery and quality of life of the two groups of patients after treatment were collected and compared. Results The recovery and quality of life of the research group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion In the treatment of severe burn patients, the clinical effect of targeted nursing is better, which can effectively improve the recovery time, healing degree and quality of life of patients, and has good clinical practical value.
