摘　　要：目的观察泡沫敷料联合自粘性无菌敷料在预防小儿皮牵引发生压疮的临床效果。方法将100例需要进行皮牵引的患儿按护理模式的不同分为A、B两组,其中A组作为对照组,50例采用传统方法进行皮牵引术的患儿,亦在皮牵引套内使用软毛巾或棉垫,预防足跟及踝部压疮的发生;另50例为B组(实验组),该组患儿则是在A组的前提下使用泡沫敷料联合自粘性无菌敷料粘贴住足跟及踝关节处皮肤进一步预防压疮发生。记录两组患儿发生压疮的情况,评价此次研究效果。结果 B组患儿发生压疮例数低于A组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患儿家属对护理各方面满意度高于A组(P<0.05)。结论泡沫敷料联合自粘性无菌敷料用于预防小儿皮牵引发生压疮取得良好效果,能减轻患儿疼痛,促进患儿康复,提高患儿家属护理满意度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of foam dressing combined with self adhesive sterile dressing in preventing pressure ulcers in children’s skin traction. Methods 100 children who needed skin traction were divided into group A and group B according to the different nursing modes, among them, group A was used as control group, 50 cases were treated with skin traction by traditional methods, and soft towels or cotton pads were used in skin traction sets to prevent bedsore and ankle pressure ulcers;the other 50 cases were group B (experiment group), the children in this group were treated with foam dressing combined with self adhesive sterile dressing on the premise of group A to stick to the skin of heel and ankle joint to further prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers. Record the occurrence of pressure ulcers in two groups of children, and evaluate the effect of this strudy. Results The number of pressure ulcers in group B was lower than that in group A, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);the satisfaction of family members in group B was higher than that in group A (P<0.05).Conclusion Foam dressing combined with self adhesive sterile dressing is effective in preventing pressure ulcers in children’s skin traction, it can relieve pain, promote recovery of children and improve nursing satisfaction of children's family members.
