摘　　要：全面梳理了中国大陆科学钻探工程的历史过程,重点考察了工程的预研究、选址和建设历程,分析了围绕工程开展的技术创新和组织管理创新,以及中国大陆科学钻探工程对我国地质学、钻探技术以及地球深部探测的推动作用。最后,从工程预研、团队建设、管理机制、国际合作、自主创新、知识提炼等方面总结了中国大陆科学钻探工程的成功经验。The authors describe an comprehensive history of the China Continental Scientific Drilling Project(CCSD), focusing on its preliminary research, site selection and construction, and innovations in drilling technics and management. The authors reveals CCSD’s achievements in such aspects as geological science,drilling technology, research platform, talent training and so on. On this base, the authors draw some lessons from the project in terms of preliminary research, team building, management mechanism, international cooperation,independent innovation and knowledge refinement.
