空心钉内固定治疗中老年Gardon Ⅳ型股骨颈骨折28例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价空心螺钉内固定治疗中老年GardonⅣ型股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法本组患者28例,男10例,女18例,年龄45-65岁,平均56.5岁,均为GardonⅣ型股骨颈骨折。全部采用空心螺钉内固定手术治疗,随访观察13-36个月,平均25个月。结果骨折愈合时间为4-12个月,平均9个月,骨折愈合率为96.43%,Harris髋关节功能评分,优良率为89.29%。结论空心螺钉内固定治疗中老年GardonⅣ型股骨颈骨折是一种有效的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of cannulated screw for treating over 45 years old patients with femoral neck fracture of Garden type Ⅳ. Methods There were 28 patients with femoral neck fracture(All cases were Garden type Ⅳ),10 male and 18 female, aged 45 to 65 years,averaged 56.5 years.These patients were treated by cannulated compression screw of internal fixation. All cases were followed up for 13-36 months( averaged 25 months).Results Bone healing time were 4-12 months( averaged 9 months),bone healing rate were96.43%,According to Harrris score,the excellent and good rate were 89.29%. Conclusion These results demonstrate that cannulated compression screw is favorable for treating femoral neck fractures.
