摘　　要：随着我国互联网、物联网、大数据和云计算技术的飞速发展,新一轮医疗卫生体制改革的不断深化,智慧医院成为医院现代化建设的重要发展方向.通过对新形势下智慧医院的PEST分析,从政治、经济、社会和技术环境四个方面分析智慧医院的宏观发展环境,并提出了在发展智慧医院过程中需要注意的一些问题,为智慧医院的科学有序发展提供参考.With the rapid development of China’s Internet, Internet of Things(IoT), Big data and Cloud Computing technologies and the deepen of new round health system reform, the smart hospitals have become an important development direction of hospital modernization. Through the PEST analysis of smart hospitals under the new situation, including four aspects: political, economic, social and technological environment to analysis the macro-environment of smart hospital in China. At the same time, some problems that need to be paid attention to during the development of smart hospitals are proposed to make scientific and orderly development for them.
