纳美芬联合血液灌流治疗急性安眠药中毒的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价纳美芬联合血液灌流治疗急性安眠药中毒的疗效.方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的急性安眠药中毒96例,根据治疗方法的不同分为试验组和对照组,每组48例.试验组在常规给予洗胃、导泻、补液毒物排泄等治疗的基础上,给予纳美芬和血液灌流治疗,对照组给予纳美芬治疗.结果治疗后两组患者的MAP、PaCO2及PaO2均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且试验组的MAP、PaCO2及PaO2高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的平均清醒时间及住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);试验组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论纳美芬联合血液灌流治疗急性安眠药中毒的治疗有效率比较高,改善呼吸、循环等症状比较快,而且显著降低并发症的发生.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nalmefene combined with blood perfusion in the treatment of acute sleeping pills.Methods 96 cases of acute sleeping drug poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods, 48 cases in each group. The experimental group was given nalmefene and blood perfusion treatment on the basis of routine treatments such as gastric lavage, catharsis, and fluid excretion,the control group was given nalmefene treatment.Results After treatment, the MAP, PaCO2 and PaO2 of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the MAP, PaCO2 and PaO2 of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);The average waking time and hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of nalmefene and hemoperfusion for the treatment of acute hypnotic poisoning is effective, improving respiratory and circulatory symptoms, and significantly reducing complications.
