摘  要:目的探讨如何提高超声引导下细针穿刺活检的成功率,进一步明确甲状腺疾病的诊断标准并采取有效的治疗措施.方法回顾分析我院在2013年1月至2015年12月门诊甲状腺外科就诊患者经常规超声、检验、CT、MRI及核素检查的基础上,进一步对甲状腺超声恶性症象、伴颈部淋巴结超声影像异常及血清降钙素异常增高者等进行超声引导下细针穿刺抽吸活检(US-FNAB)技术,并对检查结果进行分析.结果我院门诊甲状腺外科就诊患者194613人,其中8657人9317个结节(含双侧结节)接受了US-FNAB技术,4593人为阳性结节,624人见到异性细胞,阳性率53.06%.结论定期甲状腺检查,并对有恶性征象的肿瘤术前行US-FNAB,使诊断、定位更加明确,选择术式更正确,节省术中等待病理时间,减少手术费用,减少患者机体损伤,极大地提高了甲状腺疾病的诊断率和患者的生存率.Objective To investigate how to improve the success rate of ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy, and to further clarify the diagnostic criteria of thyroid diseases and adopt effective treatment measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 in outpatient department of thyroid surgery, routine ultrasound examination, CT, MRI and radionuclide examination, further to malignant disease, thyroid ultrasound with lymph node imaging abnormalities and serum calcitonin levels were abnormal ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration biopsy (US-FNAB) technology, and the results were analyzed. Results The patients of outpatient thyroid surgery in our hospital 194613 people, 8657 of whom 9317 nodules (including bilateral nodules) accepted US technology FNAB, 4593 were positive nodules, 624 people see the specific cells, the positive rate was 53.06%. Conclusion The regular thyroid examination, and underwent US - FNAB of malignant signs of tumor resection, the diagnosis and surgical choice of position more clearly, more correctly, save operation time waiting for pathology, reduce operation costs, reduce body injury, greatly improve the survival rate of thyroid disease diagnosis and patient.
