卢苏调周法治疗子宫腺肌病  

LU Su’s Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Adenomyosis by Regulating Menstruation Method

摘　　要：卢苏教授认为子宫腺肌病以肾虚血瘀为病机,肾虚为本,血瘀为标。肾虚则气血运化无力,血少不畅、脉道滞涩而成瘀血,瘀血不行,不通则痛;瘀血凝滞,血不归经,乖戾之血妄行,又可致月经量多。在治疗过程中卢苏教授以调周法为主,并在病程中贯穿益肾化瘀之法,主要运用莪术、鬼箭羽、石打穿等化瘀消癥之药,同时注重固护胃气,使药性骏猛而不伤胃。但临床上常出现兼夹之症,须准确辨证。另可联合外治法,内外合治。Professor LU Su believes that kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the main cause of adenomyosis,between them deficiency of kidney is the root while blood stasis is the branch. Kidney deficiency can result in incapable transportation and transformation of qi-blood, then lead to sluggish circulation of the blood and sluggish acerbity feeling of pulse. Stagnation of blood and escape of blood from vessels and channels can lead to hypermenorrhea. In the course of treatment, Professor LU Su mainly treat with the regulating menstruation method and the method of nourishing kidney and removing stasis. And curcuma zedoary, ramuli euonymi, salvia chinensis are the main Chinese medicine. When we use these medicine we should protect stomach qi. When there are symptoms of concurrent disease, we should discriminate correctly. Also, Professor LU Su thinks that combination of internal and external treatment can get better curative effect.
