摘  要:目的探讨儿童体质指数定期检测及骨密度测试在儿童保健发育中应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月在我院行体格检查的280例儿童,按随机数字表法分为常规组(140例)和干预组(140例),常规组采取常规保健发育宣教,干预组在此基础上予以儿童体质指数定期检测及骨密度测试,针对结果实施健康教育,并比较不同组儿童身高、BMI指数、体重、骨密度和肥胖率。结果干预组儿童骨密度测定值明显高于常规组(P<0.05);干预组儿童超重和肥胖率显著高于常规组(P<0.05);干预组儿童身高、BMI值和体重等均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论通过儿童体质指数定期检测、骨密度测试并针对性实施健康宣教有助于促进在儿童体格发育和健康成长。Objective To investigate the application effects of regular body mass index (BMI) test and bone mineral density (BMD) test in health care and development of children.Methods 280 children who received physical examination in Sichuan Provincial Hospital for Women and Children from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected for study.They were divided into a control group and an intervention group according to random number table method,with 140 children in each group.Routine education of health care and development was adopted in the control group.While in the intervention group,regular BMI test and BMD test were conducted and then health education was provided according to test results.Values such as height,BMI,weight,BMD and obesity rate of children were compared between the two groups.Results The BMD of the children in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The overweight rate and obesity rate of the children in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The height,BMI and weight of children in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Regular BMI test and BMD test as well as health education can promote the physical development and healthy growth of children.
