摘　　要：将既有MSC业务割接至新建MSC会出现GSM-R用户漫游信息错位的问题.以GSM-R网络信令流程以及业务规范为基础,对该问题进行研究,并通过分析论证,提出解决方案,使MSC割接工作安全有序执行.Duding the handover from the existing MSC to a newly-built one,the problem of dislocation of subscriber’s roaming data may occur.According to the signaling process and service specifications of the GSM-R network,the problems of GSM-R subscriber’s roaming data dislocation occurring in the handover process of the MSC are explored.Through analysis and demonstration,a solution is proposed to ensure safe and smooth execution of the MSC’s handover.
